Ella Halliday is the owner and Managing Director for Ella Halliday HR Limited. She has over 14 years’ experience in HR across multiple sectors. During her career, she has worked with a large variety of clients, including leading an HR employee relations advice service of 20 staff to Local Authority services and leading on Employment Tribu
Ella Halliday is the owner and Managing Director for Ella Halliday HR Limited. She has over 14 years’ experience in HR across multiple sectors. During her career, she has worked with a large variety of clients, including leading an HR employee relations advice service of 20 staff to Local Authority services and leading on Employment Tribunals. Since starting her own consultancy, Ella has specialised in generalist HR support for SMEs, Early Years settings, and conducts employment investigations within Local Government. Ella is a Chartered Member of the CIPD, holds a CIPD Level 7 qualification in Human Resource Management and has a Master of Arts in Human Resource Management from Arden University.

She’s worked with organisations of different shapes and sizes, and what she’s learned is that every business thrives when its people feel valued, supported and set up for success.
